Modge Podge Cameos DIY

Modge Podge makes me happy. It reminds me of sitting in the craft shed at Happy Hollow Bible Camp. When I was a kid, I used to mix glue and crayon shavings in my desk and make little colored rectangles. I do not remember the exact moment when I thought that modge podge mixed with pigment could be used in the silicone molds but I remember being excited. This tutorial shows you have to Modge Podge Cameos DIY.

I liked the idea of making a colored face and a clear background making it possible for anything to become the cameo background. I am pretty happy with the results. I learned that putting the Modge Podge in the oven makes it have holes all over it. Resin makes magazine pages see through and unattractive.

This is a fun project. It is cheap and is a nice way to give magazines a second life. I had great fun flipping through all my magazines looking for fun backgrounds.
