Making a Cameo with Resin

After I had made a few cameos with one color I thought it would be better to have the face a different color the way most cameos are. It did not immediately occur to me because I had only poured resin when I was making jewelry. For this project and I use a paintbrush to apply the resin. This makes it possible to just have the face because you can carefully isolate the face.

In the picture, you can see where I tried to make the face and immediately pour the green over the cameo. That did not work. The colors mixed together. I let the resin dry overnight before adding the second color.

I really enjoy making cameos because I can make cameos for every season.
