Making my own cameos has been a great joy. I keep finding different ways to create the object I love so much. To make this necklace, I made molds of many of the cameos I had with polymer clay. I took charms I have had for 15 years and covered them with clay. I pushed the clay onto the mold. I baked it all together.
I attached the new cameos together with jump hoops. I finished the necklace with pearls and a finishing from pieces of broken costume jewelry from Bryan’s grandma.

Step one
Press mold into clay.
Step 2
Bake according to bead clay package directions.
Step 3
Assemble necklace. I used an old costume pearl necklace. I put the closure in front.
