I have always loved cinnamon toast. As a teen, I would make a tray of 8 pieces and eat the whole thing. I wanted to try to make cinnamon pitas and I absolutely love them.
I found the pitas from Sam’s club have 8 grams of protein per pita. They are also soft and fluffy. My son uses a pita every morning to make a pizza. I don’t enjoy other brands of pitas as much because they are too flat.

Melted better
Cinnamon sugar mix
Directions
Melt butter
Brush butter on pita
Pour cinnamon sugar mix on buttered pita
Broil for 3 minutes
