I found these wooden animals at the dollar tree.My son colored one. I used beads, buttons, and sequins on the other three.
This project is pretty simple. I used resin and hot glue. The resin worked better. The beads applied with hot glue pulled off easily. The beads/sequins in the resin did not come off.
Materials Needed
Wooden animals
Beads, buttons, or sequins
Resin or hot glue
Step one
Apply resin or hot glue. If using resin you can cover the whole surface at once. If using hot glue you need to work in small patches to keep the glue melted.
Step two
Stick buttons in glue or resin
Step three
Allow to dry
I believe painting the edges would look good.
