DIY Broken Jewelry Ornament

I keep all of my broken jewelry. I pick up broken jewelry I find on the street. I keep it because it can be reused in another way. I recently had fun using broken jewelry and random beads to make Christmas ornaments.

I don’t know about you, but when I make jewelry I like it to be symmetrical. That means I was a lot of bead boxes with one of a kind beads that I will not use for necklaces. Combining broken jewelry and beads together can turn ordinary items into beautiful pieces of art. I do not need them to be symmetrical.

Sometimes you can find bags of broken jewelry at garage sales or thrift stores.

I found 5 packs of wooden stocking and bells ornaments at the dollar tree. I was hunting for something for this project and I was surprised I found it at such a good price. You could also use circular items such as jar lids. Michaels and Hobby Lobby sell buckets of mismatched beads for around $10.
